Here are pictures of our boy Joey.
Joey has the greatest personality and is very smart. He has very expressive
eyes, and you can see him thinking about what you say to him.
Joey loves to tease you into chasing him around, and we have great times
doing just that both inside the house and out. He loves hiking in the woods
which he does most everyday, and he simply adores swimming in the lake when
we are up in Maine on vacation. He is like a little kid who doesn't want to
get out of the water.
It is funny on your website you mention that Golden's like to retrieve, and
Joey does just that. He retrieves things from the neighborhood; toys,
stuffed animals, balls, you name it. He brings them home. So every now and
again, we just go around returning things.
Good luck with your new litter of puppies!
Kind regards,
Marvin Galperin
To Mars and Troy, Thank you for my best friend. Tara.
(this breeding is
going to be repeated in the spring '04)
Toby is doing very well. Here is a picture of him opening Christmas
presents shortly after his arrival. He's growing like a weed. I think he
lays down for a nap and wakes up bigger! Puppy classes start in February.
His temperament is outstanding. He comes to work and visits with nursing
home residents, is great with children and gets along well with other
relatives' pets.

Dear Dawn,
Tomorrow is Tupper's birthday and we want to tell you what a wonderful dog-friend he is.
We had a good puppy-hood; he has learned country life in the Catskills and he will soon be camping with us in the Adirondacks.
You do not exaggerate when you say the temperaments of your dogs and the looks of them exemplify the standard for Goldens. We think he is so fine and fun and loving.
Tupper has a steadfast spot in not only our lives, but also friends and family think he's quite wonderful as well.
I'm sure he causes a smile as people drive by, for when he sits on the porch; he sits on the top step, with front feet on the one below - like a person would. He sleeps upside down - belly up - a front leg outstretched as if life is good!
And when coming home after work, he's at the door with a stuffed animal in his mouth and a lot of wag-wagging from his tail. Life is good!
Thank you for Great Goldens! I just had to write to let you know!
Take Good Care,
Sincerely Yours,
Jo, Philip, Tim (& Tupper)

We got Echo from you in sept 02. She is super, what a great personality!
She and Magee our other golden are more fun to watch than tv. Your care in
breeding is clear and we see it everyday in Echo.
Thanks
